Thank you Nicklas!
I had an LGKS20, a Nokia 5800, a Samsung Blackjack, but wanted a large touchscreen windows-phone with GPS. So I bought an Omnia second hand with WM 6.1 in december. Did all the tweaks and customizations (SPB, PointUI, Touchshell, Wissbar, flat bars, advanced config, you name it), but still wasn't that happy. So I searched for a custom ROM with 6.5 and came here. I Did the flashing today and was setup in minutes with 6.5. Man! It's great! Haven't had any errors or issues so far (after testing and playing for a couple of hours). I'm on T-mobile in the Netherlands and everything went down automatically. Entered my code and off I went. Setup my exchange account and personal info and that was it..... The main menu is much faster than 6.1 and so is the screen-rotation. BTW: the new IE is a huge difference compared to the prior version in 6.1. Thanks again! Michael

Hello Chef Nicklas !! I have follow your work at modaco but I have always use shokka9's roms, he became my cybernetic friend and I have enjoyed his work a lot but since he´s gone I think lots of improvements have develope since shokka9 v23 so following his suggestion to try your roms I have flashed neo 23102 today and I must say its a great rom, the touch response is awsome and fonts used are great. I have just one question, it seems like my battery is draining a little fast, it jumped to 80% within an hour and pretty quick it went to 60% and two hours later (of course I was installing lots of thing ) it was down to 40%. I always follow the same procedure to fully charge my battery before flashing but I´m not sure if I have to let the rom settle for a while or what. thanks for your great work and for this excellet forum !! saludos, Jota i900DXID1, Classic Titanium + Neo LITE Build 23103 + 21634 (HIDE21)

Hello Corpisa,
if you have been a fan of Shokka's roms - you are going to adore Nicklas' roms as well! Nicklas also has this certain magic regarding rom cooking.
Regarding your battery drainage issue: there might be an app that consumes all your battery power. I once had such an app. Fortunately I found a newer version - and the battery status was back to normal.
Saludos, Okie

It might be the case that it have to settle. Sometimes it takes a couple of charging cycles. Keep me posted but I'm not experiencing any drain in 23102 FloTanium so Neo should be ok. thanks Nicklas, I´ll keep you posted... One little thing regarding icons used, spb shell is not showing some (calculator, notes and a couple more) home icon on settings also is not showing but this is the only one that after being replace again with icon changing program still does not shows nothing major, just a cosmetic thing. Neo really is much better looking than regular titanium, thanks for your excellent work... saludos, jota i900DXID1, Classic Titanium + Neo LITE Build 23103 + 21634 (HIDE21)

Hello Okie, yeah.. had a great time testing shokka9's roms, I even tried his last 6.1 but did not kept it for to long... . I can see Nicklas if also very talented indeed, not sure how he manages multiple forums and lots of different build releases... definitely just very gifted people can accomplish that, I just get stressed out flashing my phone.. regarding my battery, I just install spb mobile shell as I´m having fun using a theme called espresso but it was on prior rom and phone was getting through the day with no problem. I will wait a couple of days and if it does not improves i will put xda uc to the test (never use it before) and try a hard reset to see what happens. thanks for replying !!! saludos, jota

Gonna have a play around with it and might even do a ms3 rom (if i can get the OEM to work). Very nice looking omnia you've got there . How's the battery life?? Did it improve?? BTW, i always used Shokka9's roms myself. Never had a bad rom from him and they suited me perfectly!! Defo one of the Omnia greats!! (and soon an Android great as well judging by the screens i've seen )

I think you need 3.5.2 an above to try espresso theme have a great weekend everyone!!!! saludos, Jota

I've got a manic week ahead so there will prolly be no time for cooking this week. I have been working on a MS3 rom with expresso theme cooked in and it seems very fast. I've deleted titanium so MS3 as only UI (it's the latest version).. There are a few bugs with icons (same problem with some icons not showing in MS3) and genereal layout of home screens(its setup for HTC Diamond i think) but on the whole its working fine. Most ppl prolly customize home screen anyway so it's not a huge problem, just annoying.

Hi Corpisa,
I had simillar problem with battery when a was with original Samsung 6.1 rom and MS 3.5. It seems to me that MS3.5 took somehow more baterry power than normal. I am running currently 23102 FLoTitanium and battery is ok by me.
